Yes you can, all you have to do is email us at info@bcityng.com and we will do our
best. Let us know your specific desires and needs and we will arrange it for you.

All the vehicles have the corresponding licenses to operate and are official. You can
leave your luggage in during the tour, the driver will stay. The cars, vans and buses
have the corresponding insurance in case something happens.

We can arrange hotel pick up and drop off. Just let us know.

Tours are carried rain or shine. How much we can do, only in case of very bad weather
conditions, we will contact you ASAP to move the timetable without affecting the day
much. Be alert and keep it in mind in that case.
Note that if we have tickets, we won’t be able to move them.
Your guide will try to maximize your time indoors. At any rate, come with appropriate
clothing and footwear. It will be an experience!

For regular tours, any time between 9AM and 10AM works fine in morning, half and
full day tours.
For day trips out of town might require an earlier start.
For evening tapas tours start from 7PM to match the bars opening hours.

It depends on the tour. You will find all the details in our price list and description of
tour.
Please do not buy the tickets yourself, we are official guides and we have to buy them
in order to lead the group in and to skip the line with you.

They are not included, except in tapas tour. The client can chose if they want to stop
for lunch at some point, or if they’d rather keep touring for the whole time. In a full
day tour a stop for lunch will be scheduled around the middle of the day, lunch time
still counting as touring time (not as a break). You can choose anytime what and where
to eat.
Lunch can be agreed with the client before hand, just tell us what are your preferences
and we will arrange it for you. That allows us to cater for special need, notify us in
advance if anyone has special dietary needs as for example: food allergies, gluten free
restaurants, vegetarian restaurants…

American Express. We won’t store your credit card information in our system. It is
safe.
